Rutland - the smallest county in England but so much to do!
Looking for October half term and Easter school holidays.
Spacious and airy, our house is situated in a cul-de-sac in the village of Cottesmore in Rutland. There is a large living room with Sky TV, wood burning stove, DVD player, wifi, Wii and a large kitchen diner with a table to seat 8. The kitchen has an electric range, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, doors out to garden, a vaulted ceiling, and the utility room offers a washing machine and tumble drier. There is a family room which is filled with toys suitable for an 8 year old boy, also a second Tv, DVD player and Sky TV.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms on offer. Two have king size beds and ensuites, one has a double bed ( low to the floor and suitable for children) and the fourth room has a single day bed which extends to a double.
There is a family bathroom upstairs, as well as the ensuite, and a toilet downstairs. The garden is large housing plenty of room for football. There is a 10 foot trampoline and climbing frame. There is a gas BBQ and garden furniture on offer. A double garage offers space to store bikes ( although not cars as it is filled with too much stuff!) but there is parking on the drive for 4 cars.
