Downstairs is the living room with a smart TV, two seater sofa and two chairs. The dining room has a table and four chairs. The kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. There is a washing machine plus heated airer.
The sun room leads into the south west facing garden, with outside table and chairs.
About the location
Herne Hill is a residential area in South East London with plenty of restaurants, shops, pubs and cafes. It`s a short walk to the historic Brockwell Park, with its Art Deco Open Air Swimming Pool. Every Sunday there is a Street Market, selling a variety of organic food, street food and vintage items plus goods made by local artists.
Herne Hill is in Zone 2 and has good transport links. You don`t need a car. Trains to Victoria (8 mins) plus Thameslink trains to Luton, also stoping at Blackfriars Bridge next to the Tate Modern Art Gallery and St Pancras International for EuroStar.
Trains from North Dulwich go to London Bridge, where there is an amazing food market and walks along the river Thames.

Buses are frequent and it`s a short bus ride to Brixton tube on the Victoria Line.
There is plenty to see and do locally. Dulwich Village is a short distance away with its famous Dulwich Picture Gallery and charming village atmosphere, not forgetting Dulwich Park with its bike hire and boating lake.
East Dulwich is nearby, with lots of good places to eat out, a Saturday street market, shops, cinema and an Italian ice cream shop that stays open till late.
Brixton Village is very lively with lots of independent places to shop and eat, plus a cinema.
London has something to offer everyone, the Art Galleries, Museums, Theatres, Restaurants & the Markets, great shopping, Boat Trips on the Thames and the Night Life.
