The property has been newly refurbished with all modern conveniences. There is a toilet with bath/shower on both floors, making it ideal family accommodation. Enter via beautiful period doors from the street into a black and white tiled entrance, shared with just one other apartment. Entry to our home is via our own door on 1st floor; here we leave coats and shoes before ascending to 2nd floor where you will find a fabulous large open plan living space with large L shape sofa and TV area, stylish fitted kitchen and spacious dining area for 6-8 people. On this floor there is also a bathroom and our teenage son’s bedroom, with comfortable single bed, electronic drum kit, stereo, desk and PlayStation. Climb the stairs to the 3rd floor where you will find the main bedroom with super king size bed, shower room and children’s bedroom with cabin bed, desk, toys and fish tank (easy to care for fish need feeding once a day). All windows are double glazed, in some cases triple glazed, so you can shut the world out and enjoy peace and quiet. The apartment is filled with light with huge windows and as such gets very warm in the hot summer months. Windows can be opened and blinds drawn on such days. It’s very cosy and comfortable throughout winter. Step out into Covent Garden and walk to the Royal Opera House in 3 minutes, River Thames in 10 minutes, or explore the local Piazza, famous for street performers and markets, as well as designer, high-street and vintage fashion on the doorstep. There are endless very good places to dine out for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We can give our personal recommendations for eating out, site seeing and attractions worth a visit. Covent Garden is a bustling and vibrant town in the centre of London with pedestrianised streets and squares and many attractions a stone`s throw and many others walking distance. You simply can’t get any more central!

The apartment is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floor, with no lift, so expect stairs! Once on the 2nd floor however, the open plan living, dining and kitchen lead off a bedroom and bathroom/toilet, so this room is suitable for someone who can`t manage to go up and down stairs repeatedly (such as someone with mobility issues). Expect beautiful light comfortable living in the heart of the best part of London.

We have digital TV, DVD (with varied DVD collection), portable speaker & Wifi and the PlayStation enables Netflix.

There is an indoor and heated outdoor swimming pool across the road.

Tourists fill its elegant, car-free Piazza, home to fashion stores, crafts at the Apple Market and the Royal Opera House. Street entertainers perform by 17th-century St. Paul`s Church, and the London Transport Museum houses vintage vehicles. Restaurants with pre-show deals and high-end spots like The Ivy cater to theatregoers. The River Thames and Southbank are within walking distance. Amazing transport connections with Covent Garden, Tottenham Court Road, Holborn and Leicester Sq tubes all within walking distance tube; buses all over London and mainline and international train stations a short journey away (you can actually walk to the Eurostar at St Pancras International Station in 25 minutes).
